Regional Manager

Requirements :
- Male/ Female between 30-45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Have working experience in Life Insurance as a Sales Manager, or Training Manager
- Good communication skills, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills


Job Description :
- Work location will be in Surabaya, Malang and Bali
- Responsible to lead and manage several agencies
- Responsible to enchance overall business performance
(Such us: conduct training activities for agent and other supporting activities)
- Responsible to determine the best possible solutions for development and growth
- Determine any improvement needed in agency, in order to achieve production (FYP) and manpower growth
